Call for abstracts

ORBEL 2027 welcomes contributions in Operations Research, analytics, data science and related quantitative methods for decision making.

Accepted contributions will be presented during the conference at Ghent University on 2–3 February 2027.

Prepare your abstract

Abstracts should be prepared in LaTeX using the official ORBEL 2027 template and may not exceed two pages.

  • Use the official ORBEL 2027 LaTeX template.
  • Maximum length: two pages.
  • Do not add additional LaTeX packages.
  • Do not include external figures or other files.
  • Compile and check the abstract before submission.

Submit your abstract

Submission is intentionally simple. Once your abstract is ready, copy the complete contents of your LaTeX file and paste it into the submission form.

  1. Prepare your abstract using the ORBEL 2027 template.
  2. Compile it locally or in Overleaf and check the result.
  3. Copy the complete contents of the .tex file.
  4. Paste the LaTeX source into the submission form.
  5. Submit your contact and author information.

One submission per presenter is allowed, last submission will be considered.
