Register and pay online
Registration will be handled through the Ghent University event registration platform. Participants will be able to register as a guest and complete payment online.
The registration link will be published here once registration opens.
Need an invoice?
If you require an invoice issued to your university or organisation, please do not use the online registration link.
Instead, send an email to (TBA) with the following information:
- Name and address of your university or organisation
- VAT number
- Purchase order number
All of the above information is required to issue an invoice. If you do not know your purchase order number, please contact the relevant administrative department within your university or organisation.
